2 ONIONS, DICED 2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
2 TSP ALLSPICE 1 BUNCH GREEN ONION, DICED
4 TSP THYME 2 SCOTCH BONNET PEPPERS, DICED
2 TSP SALT 6 TBS SOY SAUCE
4 TSP SUGAR 2 TBS VEGETABLE OIL
1 TSP NUTMEG 2 TBS CIDER VINEGAR
1 TSP CINNAMON 1 CUP WATER
    
* COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND.

* MARINATE CHICKEN, PORK OR SEAFOOD IN THE MARINADE FOR 12 TO 24 HOURS.
